Gilad Merom has over 25 years of experience across various tax roles: Managing tax

departments in multinational high-tech companies (Verint, Cognyte, NICE), Senior

Manager in Big 4 tax department (EY), and Tax Inspector at the Large Enterprise Tax

Assessment Office (“Pashmag”) of the Israel Tax Authority.

Gilad is a transfer pricing expert with focusing area on intercompany transactions,

assisting multinational companies in analyzing their intercompany transactions type

(distribution, service etc.), calculating the profit allocation within the group, preparing transfer pricing documentation (Study, Master File), and assisting the compliance aspects such as the tax returns form 1385, form 1485 and form 150).
