Ohad Bouganim

Ohad Bouganim, an attorney and certified public accountant, is an external consultant to our firm. He has extensive expertise in tax law, with practical experience in handling complex transactions and diverse taxation aspects, spanning over 15 years.

Ohad began his professional career as a CPA at the KPMG Somekh Chaikin accounting firm. Later, he served as an attorney and partner at the law firm Yaron-Eldar, Feller, Schwartz & Co. His professional experience covers various tax fields, including income tax, international taxation, VAT, and real estate taxation. He provides comprehensive consulting for commercial, global, and local transactions, as well as real estate deals—from transaction planning to regulatory reporting and representation in tax assessments before the tax authorities and courts.

Additionally, Ohad specializes in the taxation of high-net-worth families and intergenerational wealth transfers, including the establishment and management of family trusts. He creates personalized structures that balance business, family, and tax needs.

Ohad lectures at various professional forums, including the Israeli Bar Association and specialized training courses.

He holds a dual degree in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, combining deep legal knowledge with broad financial expertise.
